This comes as a pair of water bottles, make a great gift for a sporty couple! Water bottle is ideally suited to sports that only allow quick access for a drink, so for biking they are perfect, fits my water bottle holder nicely and allows one handed drinks while on the move. They are also extremely light which is handy when you want to keep the weight down. When brand new, they had the normal plastic smell, however, after a minute of water rinsing the smell totally disappeared and it was odourless. Very practical, as you don't need to fiddle with a cap, simply squeeze or suck at the valve and your drink comes straight out, making them perfect for one handed drinks on the move. I wouldn't use these for example when traveling on a plane, as they will likely squirt water straight out when the air pressure changes. Similarly, I wouldn't put these inside a bag that could compress it, as it will squirt water!
